About Your Home Inspector

I have a passion for real estate and have been involved in it for over 15 years. I have been a home remodel contractor for multiple years as well. My expertise is gutting out the old and rebuilding brand new, from the studs out. I have seen many hidden mess-ups over the years.
After many years of remodeling, I have decided to take my construction expertise and help the property buyer make an informative decision about their future purchase. I believe that someone with a great eye for construction, specifically remodeling, will be able to see things from the perspective that they are supposed to be and not supposed to be.
Someone who has the experience of removing outer layers, down to the studs, will have a great eye for the deficiencies that are present but may be hidden from a homeowner, as well as a home inspector who lacks contracting experience.
Home inspections allow me to combine both my construction knowledge and background and my ability to help people in the real estate/home buying market.
